1940s 1950s Novelty Print Dress

Beautiful vintage late 1940s early 1950s dress with fantastic novelty print of umbrellas, rain and stylized geometric flowers. Nice details like pinked seams and two tone (black/blue) piping. I love the shoulder ties! Almost mint condition, I have found two small stains (see last two pics) that could possibly come out with treatment. I have not attempted to remove them. No pit stains, fading or tears. Original belt included. Colors are more vibrant in real life than photos. Strong cotton fabric: easily washable and totally wearable. A rare and gorgeous find!
