Rare vintage hooded Halloween cape🕸 I would date this to about the 1910-1920s based on the construction and the type of fabric used.

Displays fantastic or could be used to make a pattern for an authentic antique cape. Quite delicate with several tears, flaws reflected in price. One of the most charming things about this cape is that there is a tiny bit of antique newspaper stuffed and hand sewn into the tip to make the point of the hood.
